How do I enter the building?

Come to the back left side and enter from the second door on the left.

What do I need to bring?

I have plenty of mats, but some folks like to bring their own. A water bottle is a good idea!

All adults are welcome! This practice will be appropriate for the beginner and the experienced yogi.

It is most like vinyasa style with some stretching and some restorative elements.

14 sessions: $210

10 sessions: $150

Single session pass: $20

TH- 5;00-6 pm

Saturday- 10-11am
